Map the 9 Parts of a LinkedIn Pipeline

What you'll learn

Map all nine parts of a working LinkedIn pipeline

You get the system on one screen with the real numbers on it, and you mark the parts your own operation is missing today

Split the nine into six you can run and three you can't

Six parts run on LinkedIn and a spreadsheet. Three need software, and I name why no manual workaround closes that gap.

Score your last three meetings against nine written criteria

The qualification standard that sits in a real client agreement, adapted so you can hold your own pipeline to it.

Why this topic matters

Most people running LinkedIn outreach are running three of the nine parts, each at about half strength. A profile, a rough list, some messages. The other six are where the meetings actually come from. In 45 minutes you get the entire map: what each part does, which six you can run by hand, and the three that need software so you stop paying for tools that cover one and a half of them.

Founder at LinkyBot · 1,500+ campaigns · $100M+ attributed pipeline

I've run LinkedIn outreach as a business since 2016, first as MyLinkedSolution and now as LinkyBot: 1,500+ campaign deployments and $100M+ in attributed pipeline across the two companies combined.

Before outreach, I measured whether things actually worked for a living. Impact analysis for Fortune 100 companies at Gallup Consulting. Program evaluation and statistical analysis as a senior research analyst at UC Irvine. A master's in international economics and development from UC San Diego. Then I spent a decade applying that training to an industry that mostly reports vanity metrics.

That is why LinkyBot prices on outcomes publicly and doesn't get paid when a meeting doesn't hold. It only works because "qualified" is written down as nine specific criteria in the client agreement.

In this lesson I teach the parts of the system no tool runs for you: targeting, the follow-up arc, reply judgment, qualification, and honest measurement.
