I help women grow their careers faster by building influence at work, which matters now more than ever, in a workplace reshaped by AI.

I led for 12 years in product and growth at Blinkist, Blacklane, Montblanc and KIA, with or without a title, as an employee and independent consultant.

I overcame many of the challenges women face in their careers and I now teach the Influence Accelerator Method to help women become senior, trustworthy leaders who are recognised for their impact and paid well.

The tools are grounded in gender research and built from what's actually worked for me and the women I've mentored.

I also build agentic AI systems: from AI agents that systemise growth for my consulting clients, to the AI coaches my mentees practise with for each skill in the Method.

Margaux Pelen is the founder of episcope, where she studies what AI does to human cognition, judgement, attention, and control. She has worked with leaders and teams on emerging technology since 2011, both as a builder and a strategist.

Her work combines research and fieldwork: a working body of literature on AI and cognition, and direct practitioner communities she runs in Paris and Berlin. She has worked with organisations including LVMH and Chanel.

She co-chairs the GenerationAI Conference in Paris, teaches at HEC Paris, and is an alumna of HEC Paris and Télécom Paris. In 2014 she received a full scholarship to Singularity University at NASA. She is based between Berlin and Paris.
