She has taught 70,000+ business professionals, created the AI for Managers by Microsoft + LinkedIn learning path, and teaches practical AI at Brown University.

Her work spans mid-market and enterprise AI across airlines, finance, pharma, transportation, manufacturing, hospitality, and professional services. She created AI Decision Architecture and applies it to real workflows, prototypes, ROI models, architecture maps, and implementation plans.
